Set Up Sapphire IPTV on Any Device

Firestick / Fire TV Setup

Firestick users can use IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, OTT Navigator or another compatible IPTV player.

Method 1: IPTV Smarters Pro

1. Connect your Firestick to a stable Wi-Fi connection.
2. Install a compatible IPTV player such as IPTV Smarters Pro.
3. Open the app and select Login with Xtream Codes API.
4. Enter any profile name, for example Sapphire IPTV.
5. Enter your username, password and server URL from your Sapphire IPTV email.
6. Select Add User or Login.
7. Wait for the live channels, movies, series and EPG to load.
8. Open Live TV, Movies or Series and start watching.

Method 2: TiviMate

1. Open TiviMate and choose Add Playlist.
2. Select Xtream Codes.
3. Enter the server URL, username and password.
4. Save the playlist and allow TiviMate to process the channels.
5. Add the EPG source if your login email includes a separate EPG link.

Android TV / Android Box Setup

Android TV devices usually work best with TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or OTT Navigator.

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV or Android Box.
2. Search for your preferred IPTV player.
3. Install the app and open it.
4. Choose either Xtream Codes or M3U Playlist.
5. Enter the Sapphire IPTV details sent to your email.
6. Save the account and wait for the app to download the channel list.
7. Refresh the EPG if the program guide does not appear immediately.

Samsung / LG Smart TV Setup

Smart TVs can use apps such as SS IPTV, Smart IPTV, Flix IPTV, IBO Player or another player available in your TV app store.

1. Open the app store on your Samsung or LG Smart TV.
2. Search for a supported IPTV player.
3. Install and open the app.
4. If the app shows a device ID, MAC address or activation code, keep it visible.
5. Add your M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login depending on what the app supports.
6. Save the playlist and restart the TV app.
7. Wait for channels and VOD categories to finish loading.

iPhone / iPad / Apple TV Setup

Apple users can use IPTV Smarters, GSE Smart IPTV, Smarters Player Lite or another compatible app from the App Store.

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV.
2. Install a compatible IPTV player.
3. Open the app and allow network access if prompted.
4. Choose Xtream Codes API if available, or use M3U Playlist.
5. Enter your Sapphire IPTV login details.
6. Save the profile and wait for the playlist to sync.
7. Open Live TV, Movies or Series from the app menu.

Windows / Mac Setup

Desktop users can use VLC Media Player, IPTV Smarters desktop, MyIPTV Player or another IPTV-compatible media player.

VLC M3U Method

1. Open VLC Media Player.
2. Go to Media then Open Network Stream.
3. Paste your full M3U playlist URL.
4. Click Play and wait for channels to load.
5. Open the playlist panel to browse available channels.

Desktop IPTV App Method

1. Install a desktop IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U.
2. Create a new profile called Sapphire IPTV.
3. Enter your server URL, username and password.
4. Save and refresh the playlist.

MAG Box Setup

MAG devices usually require a portal URL and sometimes your device MAC address.

1. Open Settings on your MAG Box.
2. Go to System Settings then Servers.
3. Select Portals.
4. Set Portal 1 name to Sapphire IPTV.
5. Enter the portal URL provided after purchase.
6. Save the settings.
7. Restart your MAG Box.
8. Wait for the portal to load channels, movies and series.

Best Settings for Smooth Streaming

• Use a stable internet connection, especially for HD and 4K streams.
• Keep your IPTV app updated to the latest version.
• Clear app cache if channels become slow to load.
• Use Ethernet or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi when possible.
• Avoid running multiple heavy apps while streaming.
• Refresh EPG and playlist after adding new credentials.
